Tasks:

• handling matters invovlving the state treasury;
• issuing decisions on, i.a., matters concerning the transfer of real property belonging to the state treasury to local government units, as well as matters concerning the agricultural land reform;
• supervising real property management exercised by the heads of poviats;
• conducting administrative proceedings in which the Pomeranian Voivode issues decisions in the capacity of first instance authority;
• examining appeals against decisions/ rulings made by a head of poviat/ mayor of a city with the administrative rights of a poviat;
• examining petitions and handling matters involving the exercise of the right to receive compensation for real property left outside the current territory of the Republic of Poland
